HerLife Dashboard ("we," "us," or "our") operates herlifedashboard.com and sells the HerLife Sunday Reset Kit, a digital PDF product. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or make a purchase, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you purchase the Sunday Reset Kit, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe processes that directly. Depending on what you enter at checkout, Stripe shares the following with us so we can fulfill your order:
- Your name and email address
- Billing address (e.g. country and postal code)
- Order details — amount paid, currency, and date of purchase
Stripe's checkout and Buy Button may set their own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing — see Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on that. If you accept non-essential cookies on our cookie banner, we also use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure ad performance and site usage. How we use your information
- To email you the Sunday Reset Kit PDF after your payment is confirmed
- To respond if you contact us with a question or issue
- To keep records required for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How your information is stored
We don't maintain a customer database. Your order and payment details are held by Stripe under their own security and retention practices. Your email address is used once, automatically, to send your PDF via our support mailbox (support@herlifedashboard.com, hosted on Microsoft 365) — we don't add you to a marketing list or store your email afterward.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have connected to your order, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@herlifedashboard.com. Because payment records are held by Stripe, some information (like transaction history) may also need to be requested from or retained by Stripe directly, per their own policies and applicable law.
Children's privacy
This site and product are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
